Terms of Service
The rules and guidelines for using the Reauris website and services.
Last updated: April 11, 2025
Welcome to Reauris. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reauris website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the website (collectively, the "Service").
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Not Medical Care
Reauris, including Milo, the Memory Jar, and all written content, is intended for general wellbeing and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or therapy, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Milo is a companion, not a clinician. No part of the Service creates a therapeutic or clinical relationship. If you are in crisis, experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, or facing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately — do not rely on this Service.
3. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the Last updated date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
4. Access to the Service
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Service through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and comply with them.
5. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Reauris and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting User Content on or through the Service, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service. You retain all of your rights to any User Content you submit and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
Articles submitted to the community blog are reviewed before publication, and we may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.
You represent and warrant that:
- The User Content is yours or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms.
- The posting of your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.
